Max Stewart, Co-Founder and Sales Director of The Mind Link, helps small and medium-sized businesses create impactful digital experiences that drive engagement and lasting impressions.
With a blend of business expertise and a deep understanding of human behavior, Max takes a strategic, user-focused approach to every project, partnering with leading hospitality brands like One&Only Resorts and Four Seasons, as well as innovative startups like Havoc.mx.
Previously, Max led a Holland & Sherry subsidiary in Mexico City and developed operational systems, including a production tracking platform for a 500-person facility in Chile. An expert in business and psychology, Max combines his insights into business trends with consumer behavior to help brands realise intuitive and effective user experiences that consistently hit KPIs.
Struan, Co-Founder and Experience Architect at The Mind Link, specializes in designing user-centric digital experiences that empower and engage.
With expertise spanning research, strategy, prototyping, and UI design, he has worked with leading brands like T.Rowe Price, Virgin Media O2, and Avast across industries including financial services and digital security. His approach focuses on solving real-world problems and creating seamless, intuitive interactions that enrich users’ lives.
With a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence, Struan integrates emerging technologies like AI to innovate personalized and efficient user experiences while ensuring the human element remains central. He is committed to crafting solutions that are functional, intuitive, and deeply impactful, prioritizing meaningful connections between users and design.
